Terms and Conditions

Online Store Order/s
  1. Order will be charged at the advertised final price which includes Australian GST plus postage
  2. Australian Post is preferred provider however other options are available. Email us for further information and assistance.
  3. Proof of postage will be obtained at the customer's request
  4. We shall send orders uninsured
  5. Where there are multiple items on the same order, the items will be packed to minimise postal costs but not to the detriment of avoiding damage of the items
  6. Items will be dispatched as soon as possible after receiving payment
  7. For security reasons we do not forward credit card receipts with orders, please check your statement
  8. All credit card details are destroyed after each transaction is completed and no card details are kept on file
  9. We do not sell or supply our customer details to third parties under any circumstances.
  10. If there are any items that we can not supply as part of the order we will contact the customer for further advice, we will not automatically put them on back order
  11. If for any reason the goods arrive damaged or faulty, a replacement or refund can be arranged. Please contact us either by telephone or email for further instructions.
Online Store Order/s for Workshop Seat
  1. Workshop Seat Order will be charged at the advertised final price which includes Australian GST
  2. Receipt received from our website and PayPal is your confirmation of booking. We shall send a Workshop Information Sheet on receipt which details what to bring on the day.
  3. For security reasons we do not forward credit card receipts with orders, please check your statement
  4. All credit card details are destroyed after each transaction is completed and no card details are kept on file
  5. We do not sell or supply our customer details to third parties under any circumstances
  6. If the Workshop is cancelled for any reason by us you will receive a full refund
  7. If you cancel your booking within 20 week days of workshop start date a full refund will apply. Cancellation within 20 week days of workshop start date is at the discretion of us and/or will be considered on a case by case basis.
